SOLUTEC has built the social component of its CSR policy around 3 main areas: social inclusion, the fight against all forms of discrimination and harassment, and professional reintegration.

- SOLUTEC's policy in favor of gender equality is reflected in a professional equality index of
90/100. The 100-point index takes into account 5 indicators:

- Thanks to its professional retraining program, SOLUTEC helps to reintegrate people who are remote from the job market.
- SOLUTEC applies a zero-tolerance policy to harassment and discrimination.
- In accordance with article L 1142-11 of the French Labor Code, which calls for a minimum of 30% female representation among senior executives and on corporate management bodies by 2026, SOLUTEC had 17% female representation among senior executives and 28% female representation on corporate management bodies on December 31, 2022.

SOLUTEC is fully committed to reducing its impact on the environment and is planning further improvements.

All SOLUTEC premises are located less than 5 minutes from public transport lines, giving priority to environmentally friendly modes of transport. In addition, SOLUTEC favors buildings that meet VHEP (Very High Energy Performance) standards.

The quantity of GHG emissions per employee is constantly decreasing and has been divided by 3.8 over the last 10 years.

Thanks to its constant efforts, SOLUTEC produces little waste and calls on experienced companies to ensure its recycling. As a result, 100% of recyclable waste is recovered.

Sustainable
partnerships
SOLUTEC builds sustainable and responsible partnerships with its customers and suppliers through sound corporate governance.
- SOLUTEC fights corruption by following the advice of the French Anti-Corruption Agency and setting up a confidential reporting system.
- SOLUTEC works hand in hand with companies in the Protected and Adapted Work Sector (STPA) to enable the integration of disabled people.
A verified CSR policy
Since 2010, SOLUTEC has relied on ECOVADIS to assess its CSR policy. The ECOVADIS analysis is based on 4 criteria: environment, social and human rights, business ethics and responsible purchasing.
In 2023, SOLUTEC was awarded the Silver Medal for its CSR commitments. SOLUTEC’s goal is to pursue its actions and go even further in its CSR commitments, while respecting three major guidelines: providing a quality working environment, limiting its impact on the planet and building sustainable partnerships.
